- The final amount payable by the customer may include:

- Any applicable delivery, freight, or handling charges
- Additional fees that may apply depending on the nature of the order or service requirements

Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
Order cancellation is allowed only before dispatch
Shipping & Delivery
We are committed to providing efficient and reliable delivery services, By placing an order with us, you agree to the following delivery terms and conditions:
Service Area
- Delivery services are available within an 80 km radius of Keysborough, VIC.
- Delivery outside this area may be arranged upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
Delivery Fees
- A flat delivery fee of AUD $70 applies within the standard service area.
- For locations outside this range, delivery charges will be quoted based on distance, accessibility, and order requirements.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at the time of order confirmation, where applicable. These timeframes are indicative only and may vary depending on factors such as product availability, delivery location, and scheduling.
If we are unable to fulfil your order within the expected delivery timeframe, we will:
- Notify you as soon as reasonably possible; and
- Provide an updated delivery estimate or alternative arrangements
Where necessary, customers may be offered the option to reschedule, modify, or cancel the order in accordance with our policies
Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries are provided on a door-to-door basis only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customers must ensure safe, clear, and accessible entry for delivery at the premises.
- If access is restricted (e.g. stairs, narrow pathways, no parking, etc.), additional charges may apply or delivery may be refused.
Customer Responsibilities
- The customer (or an authorised representative) must be present at the time of delivery.
- It is the customer’s responsibility toinspect all goods upon delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately.
- Once delivery is completed and accepted, the goods are deemed to be in satisfactory condition unless otherwise noted.
Property & Liability Disclaimer
While our delivery team takes reasonable care, we are not liable for any minor or unavoidable damage to property (including but not limited to walls, floors, doorways, driveways, or pathways) that may occur during delivery where access conditions are limited or constrained.
We are also not responsible for:
- Damage caused due to inadequate access or unsafe conditions
- Any loss or damage occurring after delivery has been completed
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
